7dayshop have various li-ion digital camera batteries reduced, many of which are less than half price.

Whilst I'd normally be extremely cautious when it comes to compatible rechargeable batteries, I've always found the products and service from 7dayshop to be of a very high quality. What's more, I'm happy to take the risk when it means paying £3.99 instead of £39.99.

Never had any problems with their replacement Canon BP-511 equivalents - and thats 4 off I think. In fact they seem to last longer than the originals (ie more mAh)

Doesn't say whether the Panny batteries work with cameras after firmware upgrade. I'd be carefull.

look good, have some heat. Would have gone for the LP-E5 Canon EOS replacement, worth a try at £4.99 but have just bought the Enigizer one so will see how that goes.

I've found 7 day shop 'unknown brand' batteries to be very poor. They're very cheap, but I wouldn't waste my money on them again.

What batteries are you talking about? Have you actually bought any camera] batteries from them? If so what ones and how many.

These prices for camera batteries and fast free delivery seem very good.

Buying these batteries on ebay is a bit of a mine-field - you can get compatibles for the ZS3/TZ7 from £6 or so plus there's usually lots of the ones that say they are genuine for around £15 but they often are not. Despite having a higher power rating (1200 or 1400 mAh) I've found them to last for far less time than an original genuine one when shooting a direct comparison video. However for a few quid for a spare it's not that big a deal

thx , for £2.99 i got x2 , :-)

Yea, I bought one for my D40 and it is great.

I bought an Innov8 battery for my TZ6 and that goes flat! Bought it somewhere else. I thought Innov8 was a good-ish brand too.

Hot deal.

just to say , i have bought "camera batteries " from Ebay before , and was sold as " Original Nikon battery " , it lasted 2 mins in the camera , returned it to seller , he sent me another, it was the exact same , decided to get money back !!

His respnse was " he must have had a dud batch " :whistling:

Highly recomended as a reputable source of generic replacment batteries. Not had a problem with my Nikon D80 replacement or my Father in Laws Canon.

Batteries are like printer ink. Original suppliers rob you blind for the branded originals. It's a battery not rocket science. HOWEVER I wouldn't gamble with unknown ebay suppliers. 7 day shop will refund if you have a problem.

Unfortunately the only TZ7 battery is £16.99 :(

Whereas the TZ5 battery is only £3.99

Shame a BCG10E is £16.99, I could do with a spare battery for my Panasonic TZ7. Cheaper on Fleabay for mine. Hot price for others though.
#26
Good find. I've bought rechareable batteries and chargers from them before and they have been really reliable. I think I'll get a spare battery for my Panasonic DMC-TZ3 for £3.99. Heat added.

whoop whoop!

Charming.
Read it again. Not 'gone through' them. One in the 30D camera, one in the G5, one at home charging and one charged spare in the rucksack. That OK with you?
