The one I got didn't even remember where in a recording you had watched to and always started playback from the begining! Unusable and got sent back.

Got one of these last time, picture wasn't sparkling!.... so took the HHD out and binned the rest LOL

Got this as said last week at £30 and its okay.
Like DavePollitt says recordings dont remember where you left off but ive only watched one programme so far and as Stealth666 says i have a 2.5 inch caddy waiting for the hard drive if it proves unreliable.
Taped everything ive asked so far with no hitches but at £40 it may put some off.
