  Now I am confused because marv is saying its on a piece of paper and WeeTetters and DARK_ASSAASIN are saying its on disc. I only need to because my brother doesn't use his xbox online, so the code side would be usless for extra content.

  I bought this from zavvi at the same price a month back, took them about 2 weeks to actually post it out even though it was 'in stock' at the time.

  OK, I ordered from Zavvi after all. On the plus side, I can pay via paypal so very safe purchase (unless Zavvi cancel the order of course, as they seem to like doing from time to time).

  Zavvi have got to be the worst company in history. Do not expect to see your games in a hurry.
  I recently tried to cancel and order with Zavvi (after 6 days of waiting for dispatch), however they could not cancel the order as is was at the dispatch processing stage. Three days later (item still not dispatched) I tried to cancel again, just to be given the same reason as the first time. Only option is to return the items if and when they actually do turn up.
  Never will Zavvi have my business again.
