Any bike gurus can tell me which is the better bike out of these ?

They're pretty much the same spec, its probably down to your choice of colour or price.

depends on what sort of riding you're going to be doing and how often really as if its now and then then either is fine. If you intend to use it a lot then get something better as it will last longer and you'll have better quality parts etc.

Either way they both seem OK, I guess its also comes down to after sales service should you encounter any problems or warranty issues.

You're probably better off getting the '29er' version which is much easier to ride on road and off road. It's a little bit more but it does have better gears as well so its not money wasted in that sense.

It also epends on what you're using the bike for really, also these bikes will only be suitable for light cross country riding and maybe single track if you're carefully, they should have a sticker on the bottom right of the fork leg stating this.

Hope this is of some help to anyone.
not a good price for it. There was a cheaper deal around 200£ a while ago for this bike in different colour scheme. Below 300£ I would say it's worth it. I own the bike for over a year and I like it.
Looks like a good bike and ok spec.
Be nice if it was a bit lighter though -11-12kg instead of 14.2kg..
I imagine it would be a lot more expensive though

Yes slightly.
There was a 11kg one on here a while back for £400.
