Disney Store Sale - 75% off loads of stuff!

I went in to my local Disney Store (Norwich) at the weekend and again today and have got some amazing bargains in their sale, such as;

Small Ratatouille Soft Toys - £1.00 (was £5.00)
Extra Large Ratatoille Toys - £6.00 (was £30)
Womans Eeyore & Tinker Bell T-Shirts - £3.00 each (was £15.00 each)
Ratatouille Set of Three Ball Pens - 80p (was £3.00)
Ratatouille Notebook (big one) - £1.00 (was £5.00)
Tinkerbell Ringbinder - £1.00 (was £5.00)

As you can see, I love Ratatouille but there is loads of brilliant sale items for other Disney stuff such as Power Rangers, Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Disney Baby, Cars, and loads more.

The website doesnt have much left but stores (at least my one did) have loads of stuff left!

Good prices! Shame I don't have one near me... mind you, I'm too scared to go in normally... some of the people that work there can be quite 'intense'! ;-)

There are a couple of the ratatouille action figures on the website, for only 50p each! Not sure what postage is, like, but that seems a bargain!

Yea, I saw them today. Norwich store had loads. I prefer cuddly toys though but they are brilliant value at 50p each.

I think delivery is £4.95 so no good unless you are going to order quite a bit.

Ooooo I live near Norwich too. Might make a trip up there tomorrow! DD has requested the whole entire Disney Store contents for her 4th birthday in October. At least I could get a few items rather than the whole shop!

Be quick though. The Disney Store in the Castle Mall is closing down because they are opening a store in Chapelfield Mall. I am not sure when they move but it is soon because the new store is nearly ready.

I doubt she will spend too much. I came out with two big bags full of Disney Stuff including soft toys, clothes, stationary, etc. Looking at the RRP of everything, it would have been around £100 worth of things and I paid out £14.00.

I know what you mean. I much prefer the Castle Mall to the Chapelfield Mall but unfortunately it would seem the stores prefer Chapelfield. Quite a few shops have or are leaving the Castle Mall to go to Chapelfield.

The good thing about The Disney Store moving to Chapelfield is that they are redesigning the whole store. I spoke to someone who works in the Disney Store at the weekend and apparently its going to be amazing. Massive TV screens, a "Heart of Disney" which is a tube of TV screens showing Disney things, lots of sparkly lights, a toy train that drives around the top of the store with Disney toys as passengers. It sounds amazing!

New Store opens in August. Im an ex cast member and still in touch with the staff. Infact there was a party just a couple of weeks ago :whistling:
The new store looks like the one in Manchester for any of you that have been it is lots nicer.
If i remember correctly Norwich will be only the 4th or 5th one of these stores in the country. Yay Norwich is getting better. As for Chaplefield I have to go in there as hubby is manager of a well known photographic store there

My local one mostly had Ratatouille stuff - I think the figures are well over-priced at their RRP, but 75% off is a good deal. Some nice HSM2 T shirts for £3 and stationery packs reduced too. I only bought some feather boas at 60p each in the end (reduced from £5). No dressing up clothes reduced.

Thanks for the heads up - HOT from me :)

The new one does sound brilliant but I will miss the old one.

I would love to work in the Disney Store (part time as I already work full time for a massive insurance company) as it seems such a nice place to work!

Glad everyone is managing to get some good deals. I went in to the Norwich one again today and all their Ratatouille soft toys have gone. They only had the small £1.00 ones left yesterday but they had loads of them so its weird that they have all gone that fast!

I took the last 2 ratatouille £1 toys today!
They had one large one left for £6 but DD did actually want the 2 small ones. She also wanted nearly all of the figures too, but settled for the 50p ones and a set for £2. Also got the Arial suitcase for £10.
I actually prefer Chapelfield to Castle Mall, so cant wait for the new store. Although quite a lot of the shops in there are expensive. But I could move in to House of Fraser, I love their stuff and they're usually cheaper than Debenhams.

Lol! That is ok. Due to my addiction to the Disney Store (especially during their sales) I ended up buying three £1.00 Remy's and three £1.00 Emile's (not all for me!!). I got one extra large Remy and one extra large Emile. I am just amazed that they went so fast. Seriously, they must have had at least fifty £1.00 Emile's yesterday lunch time and today none at all! Alot of the sale stuff has gone but they also have added a couple new things.

I am going to keep going in their most lunch times as there are a few things I want if they reduce them down a bit more. My house is starting to look like the bloody Disney Store!
