Go and get on folks, its glorious outside!
Works a treat and super easy to light. Mine has been cooking for over an hour now and its not too hat that it just burns the outside of the food

I think we must live in very different worlds if you think the death of a 14 year old girl and the devastation it left on her family, who will forever live with the guilt, is not tragic.
'well stupid people have nothing good to give to the world so no need for them really'
If your logic was true, then i'd not be reading your comment now because we'd be rid of people like you.
Once white, the coals stay hot for a long time with no visible emissions or smell. On a freezing cold night, an unknowing parent could very well think they were protecting their children and providing a solution. It's not something that should be snarled and laughed about unless you're a little minded idiot.

"All Fossil Fuels emit carbon monoxide when burned. They continue to emit carbon monoxide for may hours after they cease to be of use for cooking. Campers are tempted to take the residue of the burning embers in the foil tray, in to their tents to make use of the warmth it is still generating. Then, disaster strikes! The odourless carbon monoxide released increases the already tired occupants drowsiness and sends them off to sleep. Sadly for some, never to wake up again."

coal fire have chimneys to vent the fumes. Their design ensures the flow of air is out of the room and up the chmney. If that gets blocked then yes, it could prove equally as tragic.
