I wouldn't ordinarily post a deal for cheap tools as I believe you should invest a bit more in decent tools if you are likely to use them frequently. However this is so cheap that the hand tools and the tool box are probably worth the money without the drill. I really doubt the drill will be up to much but I suppose if you are just putting a few pictures up it'll probably be ok.
