its a good price if you like the content on there.

i downloaded the soundtrack and wasnt impressed.

you're best off buying virtual DJ if you want to pretend to be a DJ and cant afford decks and either vinyl or serato

Good luck to those that wait. :)

This is a good price as it's still £99 in game. Be even better if you've got anything you want to trade towards it.

great price

tempting as my student discount reactivated itself making it nearer £60, but as someone else said Id prefer to buy a USB deck thingy and mix my own music really - unless of course they make a d&b DJ Hero!

I have had this game since release, and I think it is great, I have been DJing for many years, and this is nothing like the sort of DJing 99% of people are ever going to do, but spending a few minutes pitching up in your headphones and subtly introducing the second tune to dramatic and melodic effect isn't really going to work as a console game if you think about it. This is based round turntablism which is a completely different set of skills, and pretty much the sole domain of hip-hop DJs, so those of you saying 'I want dnb, or trance, or whatever' are pretty much missing the point. Looking at the tracklist I can't obviously see a single track I would ever listen to on their own, but in the context of the game, they work perfectly on the whole, the game gets very challenging on the higher skill levels, and is a hell of a lot of fun.

If you want to be a DJ then buy some decks, if you want to play a good music based game get DJ hero, ditto don't buy Guitar Hero as your first step towards forming a band...

Good price. Agree it may hit £50 after Xmas but then try telling a teenager that they can't have DJ Hero for Xmas as it will be cheaper to get after. Can't see it going for £40 for a long while.

Agreed. I have a pair of these:

which are amazing, but not quite as much fun!
