Now before you start voting cold...... please dont.

Next cheapest is £7.99 @ Play.com

This is an album from the worlds best trance DJ and is a fantastic price. If you like dance music and have never heard of this guy then get it bought.

Trust me he is the master of trance. I'm not only listing it as its a good deal, its a quest to make people aware of how good his music actually is. Will be going to watch him again in July and everytime i tell people they haven't got a clue who he is.

Anyway please give it a shot if you like your dance/trance music. You wont be disappointed.

Now please dont go voting cold on the back of not liking this type of music. Its the best price on the net.

If i manage to get at least 1 person off here into his music i will be over the moon :)

Enjoy ;)

There is also his original Elements Of Life Album for £6.43 Delivered @ The Hut. This is the one i prefer but the remixed version is only £4.99 so take your pick.

I hope someone listens to Tiesto and realises how good his music is. No doubt the cold voters will sabotage this but i have tried anyway.

You obviously have never heard Tiestos music mate. He has only ever used the cover of one original tune ---> Adagio For Strings where he used Samuel Barbers theme to the film Platoon.

He makes his music from scratch, throughout the songs new layers come into it making an awesome mix of sounds. He is the king of progressive trance you should listen to him sometime.

hot from me

Good price indeed! As for best DJ though...Armin does it for me  Age old argument though. Hot!
#12
Tiesto plays dance music not indie, dance music is wheres its at! although indie is a good second choice
#13
Hot hot hot.
#14
He's a pirate - doesn't get much better
#15
Personally I prefer Above & Beyond, but Tiesto's very good and well worth it at this price. H & R added.

Aye, not a fan of Tiesto and his name in lights schtick. Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk both better, as was Sasha when he was knee deep in Trance circa 97-99. Still, it's a great price if you like Tiesto, and that's the point!

Sasha can still bang great things out. Both Involver's were the dogs ********.

Progressive Trance is a bit of a contradiction in terms. Its about the least progressive of any modern dance genre. I listen to just about every other type before you ask, but I find 99% of trance simplistic and formulaic.

Get on a Gabba (Yardcore as I like to call it) tip if you want something that pushes some boundaries peeps.

Not voting hot or cold btw.

Amazing music, nuff said.

I was hooked on Tiesto after the first track on In Search of Sunrise 1.

Absolutely sublime.

Hot from me.

The ISOS Albums are works of art, even if it is mostly other artists work rehashed.

Never knew he had a new album, old one was good!! He's a Pirate sick remix!!
#22
prefer the original elements of life :) good deal tho

So glad to see that people on here are into trance music. In response to those who prefer Van Buuren i can see where your coming from.

He pipped Tiesto to the top of the best DJ listing:
http://www.djmag.com/index.php?op=top_100&story=2006

Van Buuren's album Imagine is absolutely awseome, the tune Going Wrong is one of the best i've heard.

However Tiesto's wide collection of superb tunes is what makes him my favorite. As mentioned earlier the ISOS albums are awesome not to mention his Elements of Life album.... not forgetting Just Be :)

Cant wait to go and watch him in summer at Victoria Park, is anyone else from here going?

hot, best DJ in the world! Would also recommend Ferry Corsten's latest, Twice in a Blue Moon, awesome awesome album

Paul Oakenfold has done this album?

You seem a bit vague with your comment.

Went to the "elements of live tour" at Alexandra Palace in London where he did a 6 hour set.

Have to admit it was one of the best nights i have ever had... In my opinion the only DJ who has surpassed him is Paul Van DyK.... His 6 hour set was just another level compared to Tiestos..

Going to see PVD again, Easter Weekend in Leeds...

But overall this is a great album and a must buy for all trance lovers:thumbsup:

I'd like to go and see Paul Van Dyk, always had plans arranged when he has played in the past. I've just put a post in misc you might be interested in.

Paul Van Dyk is Live from midnight tonight on Galaxy.

Good, but not GU:Ibiza good, or even as good as Digweed's Transitions albums - fantastic mixes that may not grab at first but when they do... I just wish Sasha would just get two turntables and some vinyl again, take a step back from the Ableton thing.

Voted hot, he is an awesome DJ, my favourite DVD is Tiesto in concert, May 10th 2003 at Gelredome Arnhem.

Got this Elements album already

Tiesto's style can hardly be described as Progressive Trance, the new leader of Progressive Trance is Markus Schulz!, for me PvD is everything Tiesto is not and Armin also rocks!.

To the haters who keep going on about 1 guy playing another persons record, if you actually knew how this business works, it is not the early ninties anymore times have changed, you do not get anywhere without Producing your own Music every DJ these days is making his own music, the one exception is Eddie Halliwell who has made it on his skills alone!. Oh and how many professional DJ's do you see have a mental breakdown in the public eye? or shooting each other with guns? most "bands" and so called pop stars don't even write their own music, most DJ's actually make their own music and the music that most of the big Trance stars play never makes it into the charts because it's not 3 minutes long and doesn't sound like it was made with a fisher price keyboard. *rant over*.

I took my 17 year old son to see Tiesto in Ibiza last August, he played from 2 till 7am, it was the best concert I have ever seen, Airbase supported him, first got into Tiesto after hearing "just be". I guess at 44 I am the oldest Tiesto fan!!!
P.S. I did not stand near my son at the gig, I am aware of the sad dad thingy!

£9.99 NOW oh dear...
