what foldable model??
The Mavic Pro. From what I've seen it wipes the floor with every drone on the market in it's price bracket at just under a grand, and is probably better than drones 2-3 times it's price. Absolutely stunning performance and video output. This is why there are so many drone price reductions ATM.

Agreed that the mavic is astonishing... i actually have a P3P, mate has a P4, work has an inspire 1 pro with zenmuse and I now have a mavic on order.... however realistically, it has less powerful motors, slower in ATTi, GPS and sports mode, remote is less controllable i.e. such as custom buttons/functions etc, smaller available sensor shows more noise on images and video, especially when zoomed in at max res, variable focus is tricky, very narrow field of view in comparison to fixed cams like P3/P4, no timelapse, hdr or RAW function, can't land it unless on perfectly flat ground (as belly and cam is 11mm high), so you have to catch in the air - and if compared to the inspire (as you have in drones 2-3 times the price), all of the above plus can't change lenses, lesser gimbal, and can't rotate 360, can't dual control, much slower video bitrate, lightbridge 2, m4/3, etc etc...

but has that stopped me buying one?... definitely not. Not having props shown in almost every bit of footage, not having to lug a peli case around for a start will be amazing... holidays abroad, can't wait! A fantastic design - but it's not really supposed to compare to the P4.... or DJI would never sell any ever again!

Good deal for a phantom. Dumb people voting cold because it isn't a different drone :p

Yes, they're exactly the same. exactly the same. The best film makers are all using £20 Gearbest drones and laughing at the idiots paying £1000+ when the results are identical, identical I tells ya.

I'm unsure to get the p4 or mavic . the quality just seems so much better on the phantom 4.

But seeing how people go crazy on anyone in the UK flying a drone over empty land, I guess the mavic would be better as more discreet. But for me the mavic is a big step back in quality.
