No worries haven't posted on here before and don't want to sound like a coffee geek but love this product
#3
Well done for a great first post then!! I love these too-my daughter has one and, at this price, I can also have one!! My son described it as having your own Costa facility at home! x

Ordered what an amazing price thank you !!!!!
#5
Mmm I should be on commission, happy coffee drinking glad to help!
#6
How did you get free pod holder?
#7
Free pod holder was advertised yesterday when I bought mine, they did e mail to say it would arrive sep as they had run out of the holders and were getting more on Monday, free delivery though and even without pod holder not a bad deal
#8
Dolce is absolutely awesome!
#9
I paid £56 through Flubbit last week for this one. Hot!
#10
and 6% Quidco.
#11
don't forget your free £10 voucher!!
#12
what £10 voucher?
#13
Flashpoint
don't forget your free £10 voucher!!

Oooh...where's that then?
#14
HSTR20 is the code for £10 off, it only gives you £5 off though as now you have to pay postage
#15
For 50 good price. But original price you would be better off going for bean to cup machine!
#16
Good price with the code, works out £45.74 delivered. Heat added.

Does anyone have one of these and know if you can stop the water coming into the cup once you have started it (in case the cup is too small and you have selected a large cup)?

Pressing the power button on machine stops flow but won't turn machine off :)

still in stock, managed to get one there :)

What is the play and select feature? How does it differ form the mini me? Very tempted. Have an old machine and use all the time.
#21
Bagged one for fiance's birthday. Forgot the discount code and quidco. Decent bargain anyway. Ordered this to go with it: http://www.amazon.co.uk/DOLCE-GUSTO-EVERY-FLAVOUR-VARIETY/dp/B009RJW1AM/ref=pd_cp_kh_3

Seems like the play and select feature lets you change the amount of drink the unit dispenses, presumably if you have different sized cups.
#24
Just got one of these can't Wait for it to be delivered the play and select on the pods there will be a few lines that will match up with the play and select to make the drink how it should be made hope this help

Great deal but please be careful and use a credit card. I remember potsandpans.co.uk having a great sale on coffee machines around a year ago then suddenly going into administration so please use a credit card. Hopefully this is a genuine sale but better safe than sorry
#26

Awesome, been after a Mini-me Play & Select for months at a good price. The voucher HSTR20 now only gets you £6 but at least that makes the shipping free, and 6% topcashback/ 3% donation for easyfundraising. Nothing showing about a free pod holder but I will email to enquire incase they'll give me one :D Voting hot!
EDIT: was told the promo code for pod holder ended yesterday but got my machine for under £30 delivered so pretty pleased!

Can anyone tell me what the difference is with a "Mini Me", simply size/footprint or water capacity?
TIA

Melody 3 - 1.3 lites
Mini Me - 0.8 litres
Piccolo - 0.6 litres

I have a Mini Me and you get 3-4 drinks per fill depending on size of drink. For us that's fine cos you are not going to want your water to hang around for too long anyway! Suppose if you are using it a lot every day that the bigger tank would be useful. 3 drinks a day is enough for us so we just refill AM (v easy).

Footprint - The Mini Me is really compact and takes up less room than our round kettle..Melody looks like it is a bit bigger than the kettle. Piccolo is about the same footprint as mini me.

I would choose Mini Me over Piccolo cos it has a slightly bigger tank and you select the exact water amount rather than doing it by eye (i.e. you can do something else during the few seconds drink is pouring).

Thank you, much appreciated.

Just an observation, unlike the non "Play & Select" models in Ivory and Red (model no`s starting KP220...), this has a model no of KP230840 and a higher RRP of £149.99 suggesting its a newer version.
However, the centre picture of it "front on" is of the previous model (no green lights).

I`ve ordered in black and taken screenshots.

I had the Mini Me for £29.99.

Only problem is that most pods dont make a mug full. Disappointing and bitter tasting Americano.

Overall its ok, but not as good as i was expecting.
#36
Oops missed the boat now up to £79
#37
Sending my second machine back tomorrow as both DOA.Won't bother with a third.

Anyone else had problems?
#38
No I ordered 2 and both no problems x
