I have this machine and I LOVE IT! X

How much are pods?

Is that a bad thing though? It's got the same bar pressure as the larger machine but takes up less room.
#7
I have the circolo and have also had one of these piccolos both are great, this is the smaller version that takes up less space but makes the exact same coffee as the more expensive one.

One downside, water tank gets emptied quickly on this
#8
Whats the score for cleaning it and also can it fill a mug rather than a small cup?
#9
You control the fill. I have some glass bodum latte glasses, I fill them pretty full but you can make it a short if you prefer. It's not a measured dose, you control it. No real cleaning. Just rinse out water tank and wipe where the water comes out.

If you look at this model on the US Dolce Gusto site, comes in much more modern colours. Why have we got the naff ones.

I have this machine too and its FANTASTIC

good find, heat added. This colour is about £10 more expensive in Amazon. I think the white one is same as this Argo's price.

Is it only the Nescafe pods you can use or is possible to use others?

Grossly overpriced as you'd expect. Once you're a captive consumer they take full advantage :)

Good price

I was lucky enough to get the large red one from amazon for £55 a couple of weeks ago

How do you know how long to leave it running for then?

Around £3.50 for a pack of 16 (although that's a bit misleading as the pack of 16 contains half coffee pods and half milk pods, so only enough for 8 drinks. Still, works out at around 40p per drink, which is far cheaper than buying a starbucks or even a canteen coffee. And you can get special offers from time to time,

You do it by eye. There's instructions for which order to do the pods and at what ratio on the back of the boxes. Don't leave coffee pouring for longer than 15-20 seconds though unless you like that burnt coffee taste/aroma.

Great machines, would not be without it. My aunt and two daughters also have one.
Pods approx £3.28 sold in all big supermarkets. Kids love the hot chocolate, especially this weather

The code should be on page 2 of the guide entitled "I Love Free Coffee". It's a small booklet.

Anyone else have this booklet, was not in my pack!

You should be able to ring them up with your Serial Number instead. I had to do this when I bought my first Dolce Gusto and it was missing the booklet.
0800 707 6066 is the number.
