My thoughts exactly - even better it was in Edinburgh I got the paper, not even on a cross border train.......a Lothian Bus!

Good find, but as an NHS employee I get this anytime anyway, 50% off. Or will I be able to use my discount as well on top of this? lol, would be nice!
#4
Not bad, but I have a stack of 50% off vouchers, valid to September this year.... It's actually quite hard to spend £30 on food for 2 people ! :)

Not at Domino's! Have u seen their prices! Seen a pizza on there for £15.

Might have one tonight tho :-) This thread got me hungry for one.

I work at dominos and can confirm that this offer is on tonight, thank god I don't work on weekdays because of school, the last time this offer was on, it was a very stressful night.

Yeah domino's prices are quite ridiculous but I think the quality is much better than other takeaway pizzas.

Even more ironic than the first post! The NHS are encouraging you to eat twice as much fast food as you'd want ;)

I will be buying this tonight. Heat and rep.

"England and Wales only" is this because of the extra cost of having to deep fry them in Scotland?
#9
pretty sure this was posted earlier dude. Thanks tho!
#10
I didn't realise Wales were playing tonight....

or do Dominos think the Welsh are all fans of England too?!

:whistling:

I've managed to combine offers with a student card (also 50% off) so call them up and ask!

I once got 2 pizzas for the price of half of one. Dominoes is cheap sometimes ;).

They are dirty places & the food is poor to say the least

Each dominoes is different obviously, and I think that the pizzas are pretty good for takeaways... (not that takeaway pizzas are any match for restaurant ones of course)

No, it's because the next Scotland international game isn't until August. That's just stupid what you said.

Don't agree. Their base is too thick, and their tomato sauce is too sweet.
#21
Can't understand how anyone doesnt like dominoes, and our local has the top rating for food inspection displayed on the wall, I believe them :whistling:

Me and my gf are gig fans of Dominos we always seem to get the BOGOF vouchers round are way and have never paid full price once (apart from the Meal Deals but they're pretty good value for money anyway).

The difference between Domino's and private Pizza takeaways is that Dominos doesn't make you sick afterwards.

Agreed about the regular tomatoe sauce being a bit on the sweet side but they also do another version of tomatoe sauce which not as sweat, you've just got to ask for it.

Besides the NHS which professions also benefit from the permenant half price deals and does this apply to home delivery aswell?

Papa Johns is my favourite. I can never persuade my friends to get one, though...so they always go for Dominos!

But, I've said this before, takeaway pizza is hugely over-priced IMO. Even when it's BOGOF at Dominos, it still costs around £8 per pizza. I can get a 'meal for one' from my local Indian takeaway for £5.50 which consists of a curry, rice, poppadom and nan bread!

That's incredibly cheap for an Indian takeaway. the Indian takeaways round our way are normally the most expensice of the lot. The curry alone is about a fiver and that's before you add the rice!

Me and my gf usually get 2 x curry, 2 x onion pilau rice, 2 x popadoms, 1 x keema or garlic naan and 1 x portion of onion bhajis and it normally comes to about £17 whereas Dominos will be about £14 and chippys will be about £10-12.

om nom nom nom - Just munching my way through my pizza :D
#25
Yeah sometimes I regret paying £7.50 at half price when I could walk down to tescos today and get a pizza for a £1 that isnt THAT bad.
#26
yum yum just ordered my 2 pizzas and its all gone now....wouldnt pay £14.99 for a single pizza though really not worth it - thanks for the head up...lots of heat added!

No problem.

Having a Department of Computer Science Summer Bash tomorrow (cool, I know) so will be having my fill of dominos then :]

This offer is available in Scotland until July 1st. It has been running since March and every month the offer expiry date changes a month later. It's not largely advertised but it has been featured in the corner of every menu I've had through my door for months.
