Yeah, confirmed last night in Braehead branch. TOTALLY sold out though haha.

We're real healthy eaters in glasgow.

What size are these?
#3
they are only the round ones, (no jam) been on offer for a few weeks now.
#4
I bought some of these last week.

They were ring type ones, no jam - very nice they were too.
#5
I found them rather unpleasant.

Rather than a glaze they were coated in powder which had sweated in the box making the donuts rather stodgy and dry. Worth a quid, but for less you can get fewer of better quality and actually enjoy them.
#6
I too found them disgusting and binned the lot - money well spent. Not.

Krispy Kremes are worth the extra :)

Mmmmmmm donuts Marge get to sainsburys now

Sugared Ring doughnuts. Very very dry. They are in the same packaging as the sugared American ring doughnuts, which I really like, but they are different. Less fatty and more dense and dry.

To those that bought them and didn't like them because they weren't glazed, please get your eyes checked before badmouthing them - they come in a clear package so you can tell they're sugar coated :/

I seen these in tamworth sainsburys they are the same as the ring ones for sale on the counter they were dipped in suger freshly made in store i used to work in a sainsburys bakery and each store was different some made them fresh some brought them in frozen depends on size and manager in charge.

Jam ones are the best imo... i'm happy with 10 of them for 99p, although these are really popular at my store, maybe because they are on a display as you come in the door? lol

Nobody 'didn't like them because they weren't glazed', it was because they were horrible :/

I saw a film called baker's dozen once - it had lots of frosting in it too...
