It's a real treat looking at all those foreign language packs bulking up the install size.

This is very tempting. I've had this in my "patient gamer" list, £5 would be ideal, but it's hard to argue with £7.59. I'm wondering if it will be cheaper in the Steam Summer Sale which is surely imminent. It was 23rd June last year.

Edit: To use the code you need to log in first and I guess use the same e-mail address you used on the facebook site

Does this have a season pass, i have strict rules on games with season passes.

(update) Yes it does, £28.99 on there, £30 on steam.......i wait until i get the whole thing for a few quid, yes i am tight. lol)

I will give it heat anyway for those with less OCD than myself when it comes to dlc. ;)

The season pass only includes stuff for the multiplayer which is not where the strengths of this game are.

The season pass is just multiplayer stuff. £8 for the single player is 100% worth it. One of the best single player's I've played in years!

Doesn't need to match. The issue these days is that you can only use the discount twice on the same account :(

Such a silly rule. It's basically deterring repeat customers.

Very possibly. If it's in 75% off then it will be £4.99 in the sale. It's more likely to be a 60% discount though since it's only a year old and reviewed extremely well.

I'd say not since Half Life 2 has there been a game as good and exhilerating to play from start to finish, would probably say it's the first to knock it off its perch actually. It looks great and runs on ancient kit. Absolutely lives up to the brand and deserves to stand alongside the 90s classics.

I've noticed there are no weeklong Steam deals this week (They normally start every Monday). That could be a sign that the Summer Sale will start this week.

CD Keys frequently lowers the price to £7.99, but only for a day or 2. As a rough guide, the deal has been posted here 3 times in the past 6 weeks.

Steam sale starts tomorrow, I'm gonna call it now and say it's 66% off making it £6.66, they're fools if they miss that opportunity. :)

I love this game but like others have said, it's a huge install, I think it was somewhere in the 70-80gb range when I last looked. Shame you can't just download the single player in one language pack but still, one of the best shooter single player campaigns in years, the best ID have been since quake 3
