dot info domain names (www.EXAMPLE.info) - NameCheap - £1.90 per year
NameCheap are currently doing a limited time offer on .INFO domain names.
So the address would be:
www.YOURDOMAIN.info
Loads of inbuilt features from namecheap, who I've found to be a pretty solid and reliable provider. Much prefer them to 123-reg and GoDaddy (personal opinion).
Prices are all in US Dollars, so it's $2.99, but converts to £1.90 ish.

Managed to snap up a .info domain to suit something I was looking for.. just needed a quick and cheap domain, and everything was setup within a minute or two, as is always the case with namecheap.

Jump to unread Post a CommentAfter having a quick look, if you purchase one year, it gives you the £1.90 price. If you attempt to purchase any more than one year, it charges you standard price for each year (so first year discount isn't added).
So one year would be £1.90, whereas two years would cost £12.28 (doesn't apply discount unfortunately).
Fantastic for one year though, as you don't have to renew it, and it's actually set so that it doesn't auto-renew by default.

Although NameCheap is pretty easy to point to your own server too, as that's what I use it for :), hence not bothering with the hosting packages :P
