Older series than streets of rage so that should be the case. I remember getting the original of this on the NES as a 7-8 year old. I thought it was amazing back then :)

I'm put off by the poor reviews regarding the control system. At least there's a 15 minute window in which to get a refund.

To be fair, these games were hard enough in the arcade with normal controls...

Double Dragon 2 is one of the best beat-em-ups (if not THE best) of all time imo. Id be all over this if I didnt already have it on 3DS virtual console.. have some heat :)

Ah nice, has controller support. So my Moga Pro will do nicely with this. Thanks for the post!

Obviously you weren't very good at it then ::p

that one-on-one fight at the end was abit silly . First guy down basically lost, you could never get back . Got elbowed to death

Remember spending all my lunch money playing this in Shirley's Caff before getting to school.

I know it's a good job you get to try it before you have to commit to spending 59p..

special move: elbow - all day long. Always used to really slow down with too many sprites on screen

Showing my age, I'm pretty sure the intro is not very PC nowadays or am I getting confused with final fight, when they kidnap the girl? This is the one when the baddies get you they would hold you and their mates would work you over, growing old is fun!

I dont understand how you can do so many of those flying knee moves oO

Also, all about 2 Player B mode, and doubling up on your lives :{

Hehe, with those knees, it's just timing. In order to do one you have to be on your knees, so either as you get up from a fall or as you land from a jump. Since when you knee you're landing from a jump, you can knee again, and string them together infinitely. It's still funny to see.X)

Hell yeah. It's actually a very clever design. Works well on my HTC and my sons Samsung Galaxy. Don't blame the stick if you fall off the edge though...

Got my son retro gaming, such a tight ar*e :)
