Possibly £22.75 per room per night with Topcashback currently offering 9%.

Seems to be availability for most Fridays/Saturdays over the next couple of months.

Quite a handy hotel if visiting Legoland, Thorpe Park or Chessingtons.

No breakfast included for this price, but there is unlimited tea/coffee and free wifi.
There is also an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

The rooms are really nice with flat screen tvs and modern decor, gets good reviews here:

Stayed there following the last deal fopr £25pn. It's actually a management centre rather than a real hotel. Good facilities - but very understaffed at weekend. Had to queue for 30minutes to check out. There was one chap cooking breakfast for everyone. And no one was manning the bar and had to wait for one of the staff to "wander by" to get a drink.

Nice, cheap Chinese restuarent (but great food) just down the road (turn right when coming out the driveway entrance to the main road) and walk 20 minutes down the road to the 2nd set of shops. You can also see all the houses that the "other half" live in. Absolutely stunning placse to live if you ask me.

On the other hand, turn left out the entrance and there is a pub 20 yards up the road.

Denbies wine estate is a short drive away. Crap wine in my opinion but nice grounds. You can also see James May's lego house that has been constructed there.

Voted hot for the facilities and location if not for the staffing.
Cheapest i can see on the website is £49-

Hmm can't see any £25 rooms? Only £49 as above?

Come on OP where's the deal?
I stayed here a few weeks ago. Restaurant was very poor and for £20 each for a 2 course meal (excluding drink) is a rip off. The pub around the corner is much better :)

Apart from that, the rooms are excellent, nice and spacious with LCD TV. I paid £29 but cannot find any for £25 as OP has stated.
