Indeed, and Poundland and Home Bargains have it for a pound. So yes, it is a good price compared to the rip off called supermarket, but nothing unusual.
home bargains have 250grm bags for 99p
so not so good
Must say, I've been drinking various types of coffee over the last 4 months and just bought a £2 pack of this from asda recently.

It's OK and worth 99p but certainly NOT the best coffee I've ever tasted.

Why? The weight for the posted item is 227g, so you're getting more. Also the 99p Stores have this as well.

Sorry, reading again I understand now. You mean the bargain is not so hot. You can get the same price and more weight elsewhere. OK true.
Will this work in filter machines also? :?
The ones in the 99p Stores are for filter and cafetiere (French Press), all in one grind I think. Interesting they have decaf as well, as far as I remember (fuzzy now!)

I think filter grind coffee is best for filters though, not the "all in one" grind for cafetiere and filter machines. I find I get better taste, and I need less ground coffee to make each pot, when I use filter fine ground coffee. It's better to get that if you can. The all purpose grind is good for cafeiteres though.
