Very variable I think!
I imagine that as it's pretty much the end of the season, they would be despatching soonish.

Good luck.:-D

Try again.
I included the free delivery process in the OP when I posted because it worked for me. It always does work, but sometimes it seems that it to 'likes you' to add one of the GW offers to get the free delivery but you can just remove that from the basket leaving you with free P&P. You definitely need to go to the basket in the GW offers to get the free delivery.

I've done it loads of times with T & M

I don't know!

I would hazard a guess that there are two £5 ones to be used with catalogues. ??????

I don't think, IMO, they are a great incentive part of the offer!

I've looked at the gift vouchers for sale on their site and it says they have to be used in the (current) mail order catalogue only. Also probably wouldn't be able to get free postage.

Great offer.
Thanks for posting.

Excellent deal, I've also taken it up. Let me hop up onto my soap box just for a sec...

I absolutely can't fault T&M customer service . Last year I noticed that I wasn't receiving any parcels. I knew that I'd ordered plants and also dvd's from Play.com. It seems Royal Mail decided they wouldn't deliver any parcels to my house for a month or so. The postman failed to put a card thru my door to alert me of any items he'd been unable to deliver when I was out. When I eventually twigged that things weren't turning up that should have, I went to the sorting office. They found 7 parcels, including 4 packs of rotting plants on their shelves, along with a couple of dvd's and another (probably fleabay) package. I emailed T&M and told them that the post office had let them down and were completely at fault but they very kindly sent me £15 worth of vouchers, which was more than generous.

I can highly recommend this company. They send your plants out when they are at their prime - it's down to the postie to make sure that's when they arrive!

oh and the pic on the left - it's one of the rotting fuschias that was slimy when it arrived! It survived with knobs on!!

it wont work if you have a "special" in your basket from the latest offers section, as it not applocable with other offers. i had a potted fruit tree in that on offer at the min, as soon as i took it out the frr P&P showed up, when i put it back in it disapeared again
