Surely one of the reasons for home cooking is knowing what you're putting into the mix. May be cheap, but I'd rather stick to real eggs.
    sickly sweet
I can't deny it's a good price but I can only imagine that it's full of preservatives so wouldn't buy it myself.
If using egg glaze we always find another use for the leftover eggs - egg whites are perfect for making meringues. Perfect for Eton Mess if you have some cream and strawberries in your fridge.

You use it as a glaze on your pastries and stuff where the recipe would say "Brush with a little beaten egg"!!

No it doesn't.. they are two completely different things, and when
you're talking about mass produced food, chicken and eggs especially,
then the 'free range' and 'organic' labels mean **** all in reality.

It really depends on the rest of the ingredients on you've used whether this stuff is a good idea. If you are all butter, captain organic then I would probably give this a miss. If you are Shake n Bake and spray cream then this is the very job to give you the professional look, and taste, of Gregs.

Voted hot because cause it's cheap.

I thought it was more like the egg glaze that you brush on pastries etc! :p

organic means that the chicken has been pumped with steroids, hormones, medicines etc so clearly more than "**** all" ! !

Im sure you were meant to was haven't been pumped full of that stuff..

well that is where you are mistaken, there are just as many things like that that are
allowed to be used on organic produce, they are still pumped full of crap, the food
they eat is pretty much the same, but the 'organic' feed has been sprayed with things
that have got organic approval. The housing is pretty much the same, just that the birds
are allowed to roam free, I say allowed, but the majority stay in the sheds 99% of the
    time

But to go a step further and talk about 'organic' fruit an veg, more often than not,
they use MORE pesticides etc on organic farms, than they do on standard farms.
Just that the pesticides have been granted the organic seal of approval...
