I was in my local Adsa (Hulme, Manchester) and they had Dr.Oetker - Pizza Ristorante for £1 each! Deal!

Available were (could change from store to store if it's a national deal):

Mozzarella
Funghi
Salami

May be available online but I don't have an Adsa account to check this.

Beat me to it!

They're not made in Denmark...but they are probably the best frozen pizza you can get!

The Slough branch had the Pollo, Vege Picante and the Pizza Bolognese(!)...

Couldn't see an expiry date.
#2
Oooooo thats really cheap for those pizzas and they are yummy!

Just checked and they are all £1 @ asda online as well
#3
Yeah online for £1... might check instore later on.

#5
Saw these today and couldn't refuse for that price - that is well cheap considering they have gone up to £2.69 or something in Sainburys and Tesco
#6

#7
Think I will be off to asda later, nicest frozen pizzas I have tasted :).
#8

You don't vote on your opinion of the product, you vote on the awesomeness of the deal!

P.S. You're cold!

I work literally across the road from Hulme ASDA. Small world! I'll have to bob over in half an hour when I'm done here. :) Heat added.

Good point Crusty, maybe berba 5-1 hasn't yet discovered the oven?
#19
Might give these a try.

Agree with the packaging looks ****.
#20
Haha and Dr Oetker just screams italian restaurant quality doesn't it ? :)
#21
Can I also just take a moment to thank my girlfriend Sophie for stopping me from buying the whole stock, as I would have surly died from the greatness of these pizzas!
#22
the funghi is by far the nicest! hot!

Great deal in terms of savings, but seriously, how can so many people have such a high opinion of this brand? Having been a keen enthusiast of frozen pizza for the last 2 years of my student life, these are by far the worst of the non-supermarket branded pizzas.

We are all entitled to our own opinions but I must say, as would a lot of my friends, that these are best frozen pizzas around. You've got to cook it right though for a truly superb feed. Bottom shelf, pre-heated, 180 degrees (fan assisted), 12/13 minutes. An for an extra tasty pizza, drizzle a little chilli oil on top before cooking, goes especially well with the Speciale! Enjoy.

I might well give them a second chance then, I have always just assumed them to be the cheap and nasty ones after my first experiance. At this price might as well give one more chance though.

Maybe it is just my prejudices coming into play about buying food made by a doctor.

So if pre-packaged ecscrament normally sold for £5 a bag and one day somebody found it on sale for £2.50 would that therefore constitute an awesome deal?

Yes.

It might not be your cup of tea, but there might be someone who needs it, and it is therefore applicable to them. Your opinion of the product in question doesn't enter into it, the question is whether it is a good deal financially speaking. And since the excrement is 50% off, it's a bargain.

It's not that hard to understand.

Thanks for posting, I've voted hot as this is a really good price and I think these are the best frozen pizza around
#31
A little fact for you:

Ristorante Mozzarella is the number 1 best selling thin crust frozen pizza in the UK. Obviously doing something right. Also, these are not cheap pizzas, so £1 a pop is a bargain.

Ermmm.. It's called "horse manure" and ..yes.. in some parts of the country it is sold for £5 a bag ;-) So £2.50 a bag is a good deal !
#33
Out of all the frozen pizza's have had over the years (thats a lot!) these have to be one of the best tasting!
#34
Hmm - always been put off by the name and packaging but I'll give them a try.
#35
Best pizza's ever!
#36
i haven't tried these pizza's so not in a position to vote but still seems a good deal as they will be cheaper than asda own brand at this price:thumbsup:
