in the past I have subscribed to several mags for the kids with defabri and deagostini-they never send you all the gifts, their customer services are the worst you will ever experience anywhere and they randomly take money from your account without notice-under no circumstances give any of these companies your bank details!

they charge you for binders you dont want, the mags arrive late or go missing on a regular basis-just order at newsagent and forget the free gifts-its far less stressful.

I agree, I used to work for a credit card company and we were always getting complaints that these companies were taking money without authorisation.

Bet half of the people voting cold kid's will be collecting this

These magazine collections work out to be astronomic when you add them up.
A very dire magazine - and a dvd with an episode or two if you're lucky, Work out £5.99 x 24 (or however many issues there are)

It's much better to save those pennies and get them the box set for special occasions.
Voted cold.

The kids will love these though and there is nowhere else where u can get the encyclopedia

Whats the cheapest price for all of the box sets then clever clogs?

sorry to butt in but my quick maths is that

5.99 x 24 = 143.76 - obviously more if they decide to bring out more issues.

Then,
Season 1 - 17.89 at sendit.
Season 2 - 29.89 at sendit.
Season 3 - 30.89 at sendit.
Season 4 - 38.99 at bangcd.

So thats 117.66, and that's if you buy them new. You could buy them cheaper second hand.

I certainly won't be buying these magazines - save space and buy the boxsets. xD

So these only work out £23 dearer but you get £50 worth of goodies. Plus you don't have to buy em in a lump sum.

Also you get a encyclopedia which is blimmin marvolous for what it is. No brainer if buyin for kids.

buy the boxsets for adults but this is a crackin deal for yer kiddoes

Another pathetic freezing cold deal from Banjo String.

You are a pro at submitting utterly **** deals aren't you!

I detest all of these magazine collections. They lure the mugs in with the £1.99 first issue and then rip them off for the other 23.

"£50 worth of free gifts" Yeah sure, just like I have been sent the winning ticket for the Readers Digest Draw. Do people actually believe this crap?

I remember one from a couple of years ago. £50 worth of remote control car that cost £400+ and you had to wait two years before you could finish it!!!
