Could be a very long wait

EA has done the unthinkable by delaying two of its most important video games. One will launch later in 2014, and the other pushed back to 2015. The titles in question are Battlefield Hardline, and Dragon Age: Inquisition. We can understand the reason to delay Hardline, but delaying the new Dragon Age game seems to be a bit on the strange side.

I thought the release date for da:I was November but checking around it was in October, but read the other day that it's been pushed into November. So being pushed back by like a month, oh no it's the end of the world :p

P.s. For those who like g'going on holiday' may still be able to get the deluxe version from the ea origin store for a few quid more, I've been thinking about it but not done it yet.

lol thought i would see what price EA wants for the Digital Deluxe version. Few quid more ? It is listed as £59.99

And as the release date is set for around end Oct/start Nov maybe it will be best to wait for Black Friday as even a new title such as this will most likely be cheaper.

The articles I have read online about the delay suggest it is because they haven't got the pre-orders they expected. So an even higher chance of this being discounted within a few weeks of launch.

All that said, heat added for the post as this is a remarkable price and for those that can't wait, I say grab this

Did you miss the 'going on holiday' bit?

That has expired but I haven't looked so no idea if ea has shut the 'loop hole' tho this is touted every time you have a big game from ea so it's likely to still be open and dependent on ea having put the Mexican price up and/or the exchange rate.

He means he's gonna buy a key from a shady grey market reseller. Typically, these resellers buy keys from a foreign region, while screwing over the developers and the people of those regions.

It's not likely to be on Steam (EA=Origin), which I assume is what they meant.

I like to hope so but I'll wait for the reviews before rushing to buy.

wait for the reviews for this. bioware granted make good games but you don't know if you'll encounter a buggy mess/graphic issues etc. you don't lose anything waiting to see reviews, this will still be the same price when the game comes out.

What do you think will be better this or Witcher 3?

What do you think will be better this or Witcher 3?

That's a hard one... I literally just completed Witcher 2 a few weeks ago, and am playing DA Origins at the moment... DA is a lot better of the two in my opinion, but the fact that Witcher 3 is going to be open world etc. rather than linear(ish) like the second one, it could make a lot of difference. At the end of the day I'm sure I'll be getting both :p

I really cant preorder anything to do with ea now lol.

Ill wait then see how it is and buy if its decent it will stop at 30 quid max anyways so not much of a difference.

2 was so bad and then look at mass effect 3 bioware suck since ea got their claws in.

Ea the destroyer of franchises......

cheaper on ****.com
where is it cheaper? I will be picking this up but torn between PC or ps4, a cheaper price on PC will make my mind up for me :)

There's a search function on this site, guess you missed it over the past year.

Is this post not for a physical boxed version? (what I'm interested in) **** is download only so not really comparable. I know a
box is pretty useless on PC but need it to sit next to my other dragon age games on the shelf and collect dust :p
