Shame I bought beck & decker 6v screw driver for £9.99 from home base today.

really you need one with tourque control for any serious diy, this will prob crap out after screwing in a small screw.
#3
Got one the other day, and the 14V drill for £17

I'd go with that - Draper have become WORSE than garbage in the last 20 years.
Got a Bosch on order at Amazon, personally.

Agreed bought this a month ago and it struggles. Not worth the money as it just does not do the job.

Homebase have one which is pretty much the same for 4.98, powerbase branded.

I have a similar tool and if you think it is for heavy jobs then use the drill; this is perfect for;

a) changing plugs
b) wiring jobs
c) repairing electrical items
d) getting into small spaces
e) making pilot holes

It's no good for

a) removing big heavy screws
b) drilling
