I was looking for a gamecube controller for some retro gaming on my Wii - and came across this bargain. It is a fully wireless controller (which is great).

I just had mine delivered today - Quality is OK - not tried it out yet though.

Anyone else looking for a GameCube controller for the Wii - this is a bargain!

NOTE: This is not a classic controller - it will not work with Wii Games. It is used for playing GameCube cames on your wii - and certain titles from the Virtual Console (and apparently Super Smash Bros which is a Wii game - but this is an exception)

Very mixed reviews - poor ones from people who don't know that this will _only_ work with Gamecube games - or certain titles from the VC.

This is not a classic controller - it will not work with Wii Games.

I think it is refurbished.

I think it is refurbished.

It says refurb but mine was brand new boxed and sealed.
Had it about 3 months and can not fault it for the price,
ordered from this company and it arrived in a day.

If it is a refurb, they have done a bloody good job - there is no mention on the website about it being a refurb either. I suspect it is just stock the manufacturer is trying to get rid of, as quite frankly gamecube controllers aren't in high demand.

All I was looking for was a cheap wired Gamecube controller so my kids could enjoy some retro gaming - but found this instead (and I hate wires) - so a bit of a win-win.

I got mine, tried it out. Works fine. Not an uber-quality controller, but does the job very well. I got it on a whim, to play some retro games - and it does the job well - without wires :)
