really tempted to get this, only thing is is that my bed is an ikea double and hence is slightly bigger, 140 x 200 as opposed to 135 x 190. Will this still fit ok??

Also do we get anything for using google checkout as I know cybercheckout has offered £10.00 off in the past.

I went through google checkout. It just made it easier,as I had used it before,so had my details and I received all the info in my gmail account asa. Think you'll be hard pushed to get a double hot blanket for less :thumbsup:

Hi its Marsha from Cyber Checkout here. It will be fine with your size bed, I have a super king bed myself and its just sits in the middle, its not supposed to cover and heat the whole of the bed surface.

As for the Google Checkout £10 off for orders over £30, sorry this has now finished, it was a launch offer to promote Googles checkout and all our customers loved as you can imagine.

Hi all, anyone else received this item yet? I don't know if they have sent the wrong item or if description is wrong but mine does not have...

Dual control - 2 easy to use detachable controls, allowing each side of the blanket to be set at different temperatures or is it machine washable.

Model number on mine is A03A5, anyone else had a different model sent?

Unfortunately there has been a major muck up with the supply of this product and we have been sent completely the wrong model to the one advertised.

We are currently in discussion as to how to rectify this issue and will of course be willing to offer full refunds, which you are fully entitled to, or we may be able to offer a further discount should you wish to keep the one you have been sent.

I've got the wrong one too. It says on the box heats to operational temperatunre in 60 - 90 mins!!! :-(

wrong item here too. my @ddress on record is relayed to multiple accounts with no email from cyber checkout received any place, suggesting none was sent - here at least. this one is about the right size for my dog :-(

We sent emails to everyone on Friday whose blanket had already been dispatched or was due to be dispatched that day as we thought it was essential to get to those customers immediately. Please ensure you have checked your ‘junk’ box in case the email has gone in there as they were sent out in mass from individual Customer Advisors mail boxes. We have received a number of responses so I know this has reached many customers.

We immediately took this product off sale o Friday as soon as we were aware of the problem. Please bare in mind that some affiliates/third parties may have banners and links live which we have no control over but if you see any pointing to our website please let us know and we will do everything in our power to have it removed but people will not be able to complete the sale as the product is not live.

The supplier has admitted this morning that it was indeed their error and that they sent us the incorrect image and description so we will be refunding ALL customers today in FULL and you can keep the product you have received with our compliments as an early Christmas gift ;-)

I will ensure everyone is sent an email today once their refund has been processed but if you don’t receive one by the end of the day and you are concerned then by all means please email the customer service team [email protected]">[email protected] from tomorrow onwards. When emailing please ensure you supply a contact phone number and order number/postcode.

I would also like to state I will not be claiming back any commission from sales through affiliates so hopefully everyone is happy!

As far as I'm aware all of these electric blankets should have been contacted and refunded. All emails sent to the [email protected]">[email protected] are answered the same day (or next if we are extremely busy).

If you have not had a reply to your email then it might not have got to us, in this instance you can send your email directly to me [email protected]">[email protected]. Put a read receipt on the email so you know I have received it and I will ensure its delt with promptly.

Sorry about that, the couriers have no right to open goods or attempt to deliver them in such conditions. If you contact us and put it in writing I will ensure the driver is reported.
