  Played it for 9.99 a few months ago when it got platinum. I played it for 1hour and then sold it the next day. Its idea is that you can turn into a ghost and jump into any car you see, a very very very crap alternative to GTA!!!!

  Anyway great game and for this price I might rebuy it, only thing I really didn't like about the game was that there were no car parks and no variable weather and day cycle like the previous games. :(

  I bought this for £7.99 from Tesco Entertainment before Christmas, it was a little repetitive, but I finished the game, quite a good game for really unrealistic model of driving - i.e. all cars always slide.
  Still, for this price, have some heat, it hasn't hit the £10 in a while.

  My son likes going 200mph + in a mclaren slr so if youre 9 you'll probably enjoy it too.

  Have to comment since there are some negative views. I loved the game paid about the same for it a month or so back, well worth it. Not quite sure what some of you were expecting from driver; its 70s car chase style gameplay, i.e. nothing like GTA or a realistic driving sim.

  This is nothing like GTA? Personally really enjoyed it as a non serious racer/driving sim. Some of conversations when you shift into the cars are very funny. Decent challenge to some of the later events too. There's an online pass but as Ubisoft messed up the codes its free via the marketplace anyhow.
  
  Some of the film challenges are good fun too, Blues Brothers, Dukes of Hazard etc.

  I enjoyed the early Driver games on PS1 and PS2 when it trumped GTA.
  
  Now GTA is better and Driver is something you should find in a bargain bin. (Maybe a bit too harsh)
  
  The games alright for people who like all driving games and just want to play a fun arcade style game.

  Driver has always been about the driving, with a severe lack of killing things - Driver 3 attempted this and it didn't go down too well.
  Only thing I missed from this was police who would hunt you down if you even ran a red light!
  
  Great game, and a lot of replay value - very good couch co-op game too!
  
  Anyone who loves a bit of smashing, burnout paradise, causing chaos in gta or anything sandbox related should at least try

  A top game. Played the demo and thought meh. But after digesting some reviews gave it a punt and glad I did. Great game. Like Nfs hot persuit but with a story. Entertaining and knew I was going to complete it. Bargain. Playing Rage now, also a bargain for 9.99!
