But it's the 2013 version, a lot of laws and regulations can change in two years? Not bad as a basic learning aid I suppose.

As a driving instructor, I agree, always purchase the newest version...

What has changed since 2013 that would make this suite not worth buying?

I didn't say it wasn't worth buying, I did mention it would be suitable as a learning aid. I haven't had my driver learning for two years now, but I'm taking it up again so would rather use the 2015 edition. Good deal though, IF you can get it. Oos in my area though.

The question bank on the real theory test...

Is that just the questions then?

If so, then that might be better for the rest of us if learners need to actually learn a bit more.

The videos for hazard perception change periodically, but not that often, but there always changes in the theory, for example, if you bought the 2013 edition it would say "where must you ensure you display your valid tax disc?", but with recent changes in the way tax works, there would be new questions, for example "are you legally required to display your tax disc in your vehicles windscreen?"...

So, my point is, the theory element is always chopping and changing, so you may learn out of date information...
