Everyone knows how hard the driving test is becoming and the last place you think you'll find help is Poundland!

Anyway, on the cover it says that it is approved by the DSA and contains content that is DSA approved. It also says that is is valid until 2011. It has theory test, hazard perception and much more....

I couldn't find this deal online and not sure if it's nationwide but the Birmingham Pallisades store had lots in stock.

This will be valid for theory tests well into next year as it's the practical test that's changing in October not the theory. The only recent change to the theory test was the introduction of case studies which you read and then answer the multiple choice questions about the scenario - so very little difference from the previous test this time round.

Any disc will be of use so long as it works X)

Also, anyone looking to take their test would be well advised to look at the SmartLearners website as there's loads of useful info on there.

I bought this disk and it is full of adverts and by no means brilliant - however for a pound it will provide some help.
#7
These disks are useful, managed to blitz my theory with just a few hours on them

I've got my motorbike theory test in a few weeks and have just been using theorytestpro (free signup) which has everything I could need.

#10
Just thought I'd add I saw these is the Southampton Poundland the other day.
#11
I wouldnt vote for it. Its just 140 question, 25 hazard question, and not much stuff to study. bought it for £1 but no use.

Not too much dont worry ! There'll be a 10 minute independent drive during the test from 4th October - the examiner will pull you up at the side of the road and will either ask you to follow the signs to a specific location for approx 10 minutes, or he will give you a list of 4 directions and ask you to repeat them back, and then follow them without further directions from him for approx 10 minutes. If you cant remember that many lol it's not a problem as you can simply ask him to repeat them at any time.

The good news though is that due to the time taken to do this, you'll only be asked to do 1 reverse manoeuvre instead of 2 :D

it took my daughter 5 attempts at theory when she took it - but passed her test first time.... cost me a fortune in theory tests and in fact she still owes me that money ......

Worth a quid of any learners Money! Hot

bought this, it tells you to upgrade for more questions...bit of a scam really. Not as big of a scam as passing the theory only lasting 2 years though...its just another sly tax really.
