Im going to take the risk on this one, i like the sound of programming combos on it! It actually has pretty decent reviews too!

Does anyone know if this works on any PC fps? I.e. left controller for movement while still allowing the mouse for shooting - hate using keyboard for movement

i bought 1 of these when they were about £19 at zavvi and i challenge anyone to be able to use one of these easier than a single controller, the buttons aren't positioned in a good way either.I gave up and went back to a sony pad. 2 out of 10 from me.

it does state for pc too.

I dunno about this, if you have a separate controller I reckon you are limited in finger response, cause you actually have to hold it stronger/differently to stop it from dropping. Imagine texting on a touchscreen phone with two hands, one holding the device, one tapping. Now imagine texting on the same phone with only one hand - its not so fast/accurate......

you could always try the frag fx2- its on there for £17.85

It's comfortable to hold and I like the fact that there are 6 shoulder buttons - but I haven't managed to get the right analogue stick working with some PC games like Elder Scrolls: Oblivion or Unreal Tournament 3 :(

If I ever fix that then I'd say it's a pretty good controller.

Ps3 pads are awful for fps games why can't they just make a pad with the analogs positioned like the 360
#16
£90 down to £9 must not have sold well
#17
hmm - anyone used with emulators like project dolphin etc?
#18
Nice one, heat left for deal, not sure about the pad though. might risk it.
#19
would seem very difficult to use the buttons next to the sticks without ninja grip

IF you can use the move and navi controller or in fact the wii and nunchuck without too much difficulty then you should have no probs with these. The fact is they are different (like any other peripheral, Steering Wheels, Sharpshooter, even Move itself etc) from the standard controller and as such cannot be compared to them.

For most gamers the standard DS3 is better ONLY because it is the 'generic' pick up and play and is what you are used to! But, IF you spend a bit of time and get used to this type of controller you will not want to go back to the standard type.

HOT deal at this price and well worth a punt as it can be used on PC as well as PS....

I bet you cant get any games to work with it on the PC
