I bought something for a price, sent them all the requested documents on time and order cancelled because I have not submitted the requested documents on time.

It's the principle... They could have said: Listen we made a mistake we can only give you 50% off. Pay the difference if you still want the passes.

I think we can make a Small Claim in court against them...

On what grounds? You didn't get something for nothing? Chill out

Got exactly the same E-mail as above.

Can't believe the tourist board haven't realised that, the city will miss out on all these visitors that would not have visited without these passes at the discounted rate. Ok they may lose out on the cost of the pass but the city will gain new visitors. Some who may of become regular.
Have replied stating that I WILL never visit Dublin, out of principal !!!!
Just got an email stating I will need to provide delegate ID before they can fulfill my order (I arranged for delivery). Their reasoning is that the terms and conditions provided WITH the discount code, and not the terms and conditions on their own website, made it clear it was for conference members only. Can anyone with more knowledge about this stuff tell me whether it can be argued based on their website terms and conditions at the time. I really would like to have 6 of these things for £5.50...
Just got an email below telling me that i need to present ID to pickup the tickets at Dublin Airport, Thank you to the OP for the offer, it all sounded to good to be true.

Dear Sir, Madam

Thank you for your recent order.

Our records show that your order for Dublin Pass(es) was completed using a Conference Delegate price discount code. The Conference Delegate price discount codes are issued and promoted subject to terms and conditions and clearly state on the offer page that these are exclusive delegate discounts, valid for confirmed conference delegates to Dublin only. Please see below example.

The terms on the offer pages form part of the terms and conditions upon which the Dublin Pass(es) are offered and part of the legal contract governing the issue and use of the Dublin Pass at the delegate discounted rates. If you have been provided with access to the exclusive delegate discount codes other than through official offer pages then the onus was on such unofficial sources to inform you of the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the delegate discount codes.

In order to redeem your voucher and collect the Dublin Pass(ES) from one of our redemption offices the following will need to be provided for each person that the Pass will be issued to (either in person or via email):

1) Valid photo identification
2) Each person’s conference delegate credentials, or other form of evidence confirming that such person is attending these conferences in Dublin

In the event that each person, to whom a Dublin Pass is to be issued, is unable to provide, by Friday 15th November, evidence of attendance at a conference in Dublin, the process will begin to automatically cancel and refund the order.

We look forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,

Dublin Pass Team
Mine arrived this morning, and I just got the email saying that it'll be refunded if I don't have a delegate ID. Double-win!
I went for the option to have them posted and paid the extra .... mine arrived this morning no issues heat added .... great find many thanks

Ahhhh, just down the road! Are kid's allowed into Guinness and is their free pint passed onto daddy? Just joking, well I'm not, gonna head down probably next week with a team of friends and then meet more friends down there, maybe see some of you there. Cheers, we'll be in the bar and the zoo, Guinness and Jameson :) Probably not make the rest

I think the kids get a soft drink voucher at Guinness. If there is a few of you and you have little ones you can apget a horse carriage to the zoo from outside Guinness. Bargain the price before you get on. Have a good time.

Sounds like a great deal and has definitely swayed me and my friends to go! Thank you. :-)
