Dulux Kitchen Paint 2.5l - £19.48 each or 2 for £20.00 @ B&Q
B&Q currently have offer on Dulux paint 2 x 2.5l for £20 or 2 x 5l for £35. I was surprised to see this also includes kitchen paint which normally costs £19.48 for 2.5l so this is nearly bogof! Don't think it's online but confirmed price at Stretford and Trafford stores this afternoon

Ive renovated a few houses, and trust me, trade paints are in a whole different league to the retail paints.
They do cost a little more though, but you only need 2 coats, instead of 3.
Crown trade paints are fantastic, and are cheaper than dulux.
I think 5l cost £28, 2.5l cost around £19, and 1l around £8. You can pick out of thousands of colours.
Ask for discounts, and mentions the prices of the B&Q paints.
I will have a look in the Braintree B&Q later.
Great for painting the church:thumbsup:
Better to suss the internet and google first.

does what it says on the tin
Leyland is quite poor quality paint.
Go to your nearest Dulux decorators centre, and buy a tub of Gliddens contract matt. Its about £14 for 10 litres, but is much better quality than leylands stuff. If you will be painting a cream colour for final coats, buy magnolia as an undercoat. Its the same price, but allows the top coats to go further.
You can get 10Litres Brilliant White Crown from B&Q for a tenner ATM.
Sorry for my ignorance - what is the difference between "kitchen paint" from "paint"?
