Has anyone got one of these? I am thinking of buying one and would be grateful of opinions from people who have used one.

We have one. It has sat in the garage for the last year as we can not find a colour we like in the range available. Unfortunately the range of colours is small and dull.

I would recomend having a look at the colours available first before you decide whether to buy the pod.

Remember the paints cost £30 a pot aswell.

Have a read on the MSE discussion pages as many people have commented on how good the machine is, but that the pods of paint are extremely expensive. From what I'd read, they have had positive results in pouring standard paints into an emptied and cleaned pod, negating the need to buy the actual pods.

There's a certain irony here... We paid more than this for a stripper just last week!

I bought one of these, it worked for half the room then packed up so spent more time going to B&Q to replace. The next one worked okay but the paint goes on very thin so it took four coats to get an even coverage.

IMO, it took 3 times as long and cost twice as much as if i had used Once (although that always requires 2 coats)

Awful thing - avoid

dreadful bit of kit, and they don't clean themselves out well enough. by the time you finish cleaning it you will wish you had bought a cheap roller and thrown it away each time.

Maybe not a writing club, but it would be nice to be able to read a post without having to re-read it several times to make sense of it !
