If anyone lives near any Trago Mills site in Devon or Cornwall, most of their paints, oils and stains (interior, exterior, furniture, decking etc) are the cheapest I have found by a large margin.

7.5l of brilliant white exterior paint (sandtex or dulux) for £14.99

There is also a vast range of coloured masonary paints on offer (more than stated on the website) in the Granocryl, Sandtex and Dulux range.

I've just painted my house front and back and saved a small fortune.

If you are a costco member, they usually have Dulux Weathershield Brilliant White Masonry Paint in there a lot cheaper than the DIY stores. I haven't been to Costco recently so don't know the current price, but will check next visit.

Decent stuff this. Just painted a new rendered house with it. Covers very well and goes on lovely.

Thank you so much Richard. Will keep an eye out. I am after some sandy colours but price seems slightly higher than the standard brilliant white

Thanks for this. Got the last magnolia in our local, plenty of white left though. Perfect timing as I had just finished refurbing the old brick shed at the back of the garden and looks great now it's been painted too.

If your an account holder check your discount level, mine is defaulted to 30% (up to) on most items but you can always get them down a lot more, this is coming up at £20.85 for me

It's the same paint!!! I am no decorator but I've renovated over a dozen houses and weathershield is the best paint we have found for almost anything, we even use it on garage floors.... We once bought some cellar paint (also Dulux) and it was identical in finish, consistency, etc etc, MAYBE? there are ingredient differences but we painted a 900sq ft cellar with it in white and it's not been repainted in about 8 years, no discolouring, no mould, cleans really easy, etc etc
