I've noticed that in recent weeks that Dunelm have increased the prices of many of their items online, I spoke to them and they confirmed this a few weeks ago due to the pound falling etc. Well now they have a sale online with up to 50% off, so I'm making the most of it. Lol. Sale has started online now and the in-store will start Boxing Day.

A few months back I wanted to buy a lamp, I noticed the price went up so I called them and they said that they increased the prices on a lot of their items. I was fuming, so I've been waiting until they had a sale, and I've just purchased it today after months of waiting.

So have the prices gone up on all sale items or just some after the sale?

I wanted to buy a lamp that was supposed to be £50 full price, it went into the sale at £40. I'd only bought the one, and the week after I went back it went to full price. So I kept tabs on it every week hoping that the price would drop, with all the Brexit chaos and the pound falling I went to check one day if a sale had started instead the same lamp shade went up by 5 quid so I called them and the woman said that prices on most of their items had gone up due to import costs going up, pound falling etc. etc. even their minimum delivery went up from 40 to 45.

don't most places increase the prices before Christmas then have a 'sale' so you think your getting a bargain :|

Not that I've noticed with other stores but you might be right, I'm going to be more wary of these fudgers. I think it's disgusting but when greed gets to a company by deceiving their customers they end up going into liquidation, lol.

I can't add anything to basket either. Have messaged Dunelm twice about this, but they fail to respond. Do they actually want bloody customers or not?
