Yes, I can confirm they are ActiveCharge batteries. They're in a sealed pack so don't know how you would have gotten anything but ActiveCharge batteries unless he / she got a different product.

Do NOT get hung up on the so-called capacity figure. Firstly, there is no consistent way to measure it so it's not very believable. And secondly, as these are the hybrid/low-self-discharge type the headline capacity is a bit lower but unless you use the others immediately after charging then this type will in fact contain more energy.
