Yeah, inc vat. They have 20% off at the min. I worked it out at about 26.something pence a battery, so it was probably nearer to £9.50.

Cold. I bought some of the duracell procell batteries from amazon the other day, for 10 it was something like £2.45. They are all I ever buy nowadays.

how do the procell compare to the normal duracell batteries ??

In my experience Procell's last as long but they leak much much easier. The kids are forever leaving dead batteries in equipment and invariably the Procell's will leak whereas normal Duracell's will not.

I bought 36 from Costco the other week, don't have the receipt handy probably binned it but dont remember them being as much as £9

Not bad for £1, think last ones I got were memorex, handy enough when you have an impatient child who wont wait for charging to take place :)

Why would it be cold, the ticket price was 9.49 plus vat but there was a discount of 2.85 so the total cost of the 36 pack of Duracells was 6.64 plus the vat @ 17.5% then giving a total of £7.80
