Good price

I see £4.97 here? Regardless, still a good deal. Brand doesn't really matter when you're talking about the big battery companies, but my Energizer 2450mAh last a very long time so I assume these would be pretty much exactly the same.

Which charger would you recommend to go with this one ?

I understand you need some sort of intelligent charger, whatever that is !

thanks

How are these batteries for holding thier charge?im just about to order some of the 7 day shop good to go rechargables and if these are similar to keeping thier charge i might just go for these ones.

You look at the sellers on the right hand side and pick 7Dayshop for the 4.95 price.

Curious as to whether I can use my current NiHM charger with these...

I have the 2650mAh ones of these batteries and they hold their charge better than any other batteries I have tried in my camera flash.

Thanks :)

Are these the new type that hold their charge better? I assume not as it doesn't mention that at all in the specs.

Presumably these are reduced because duracell has brought out hybrid "stay charged"/"active charge" batteries?

You don't need an intelligent charger but it's recommend. Some basic overnight chargers are so slow that high capacity batteries like these would take sometimes 30+ hours to fully charge.

The best chargers to go for are the ones that take 2-6 hours to charge and have delta v control. Anything faster tends to have a bad habit of overheating batteries.

They are just normal rechargeables, not hybrids. So they will probably hold their charge for about 1-2 months max. Good hybrids will hold it for 1 year+. 7dayshop good-to-go batteries are hybrids, though not necessarily the best ones.

In terms of capacity though, duracell have a good reputation I think.

Duracell's active charge hybrid ones are available on amazon for £1 more.

Think I'm right in saying they've also been rebranded, to "stay charged" now instead of "active charge", but they seem to be the same thing.

a bit warm deal ))) seen on ebay for £4.69 though...
#15
Are these active charge? LSD-NIMH? or whatever u want to call it

This hasn't expired...

Thanks to OP, I've just bought a set.

Cheers.....
