  Hot for the price, never seen Duracell this cheap. I've also never heard of Savers, how do I get these, do they have a shops or do I need to ask the local Vicar about them?

  The price is fantastic but the argument in favour of recharchables is still compelling provided (a) you buy Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries with 2900 mAh power rating and (b) you buy an extra few, fully charge them and then put them away until needed. This is what I have done and am very pleased with my decision. It is good for my pocket and good for the environment. I bought my AA recharcheable batteries from the 7dayshop and here is one link to those batteries:

  I use my Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries with 2900 mAh power rating for everything including clocks and remotes and am very pleased with the results. I don't have a wireless alarm system!
