Wouldn't worry , theres some odd sorts on here with nothing better to do than vote cold.
#6
this is a freaking bargain mate, why wud any1 vote cold? considering micro SD are in demand due to the fact a lot of mobile phones use these type of cards.
#7
Paid nearly 18 quid from dvd.co.uk just about 6 weeks ago!!!!! Voted hot
#8
i paid 8 quid for a 2gb should have waited.
#9
hi, whats the difference between micro-sd and micro-sdhc? can both be used say in a mobile phone?
#10
Yeah I went for the 2GB Kingston for my N95. Everything I've read online points to SDHC MicroSD cards and the N95 not being the best of friends.

Still a bargain though if you've got a compatible device!

I think this might have been voted cold by some, because there are only a limited number of devices that accept SDHC cards. It's only newer devices that take the 'high capacity' SD cards., or ones that are firmware upgradable.

For instance my 10mth yr old Eltax car CD tuner accepts only 'normal' SD cards (or a micro SD in its adapter) and not the newer format. My 1 year old Smartphone supports micro SD but not SDHC. If in doubt, stick to SD cards upto 2gb.

does anybody know if this will be fine with the new creative zens?
#13
That is a hot price. I wonder if there are any DS Lite players out there who're/'ve bought this for use with the R4? I know there are issues with 4gb and I have a 2gb now, but it's tempting to get a bigger card.
#14
i can't believe memory cards have become so cheap! I remember two years ago when a 1GB Memory Stick Pro Duo (for PSP) was about £70. :-D
#15
This wont work with a R4DS card, but will work on a M3

Was gonna say the same, I've got an N95 with an 8gb SDHC, and haven't had one problem with it.

Need a micro sdhc for TTDS, wondering to get 8gb or this?
#19
can i use this with an R4? or is 2GB the max?

thx.

Certainly cant used them in the PSP only accepts Micro SD (with an adaptor)

Does NOT accept the Micro SDHC ones unfortunately. Apparently you used to be able to get Micro SD cards bigger than 2 gig but really rare now all are HC ones.
