This is refurbed dyson direct from Dyson but great value and £30 off the rrp dlvrd with 1year warranty....

What do we mean by refurbished?

This is a machine that has had minimal use, either for demonstration or display purposes or on the rare occasion when someone has changed their mind and returned their machine to us after slight use.

We have a committed team of Dyson engineers who strip, clean, rebuild and test all cleaners thoroughly, restoring them to a nearly new standard.

Dyson's Outlet store on Ebay are always selling these things at this EXACT price- and have been for months.

Why are SO many DC16's being sold as refurb's?? Don't they last long?

6 minutes battery for a 4 hour charge as well

Had one of these for about a year and a half now and cost £99, i love it for cleaning up after the kids and cats....voted Hot, but i wouldn't buy a refurb personally. x x

I really fancied getting one until I read how long they charge for so little use.

Oooh handbags.

I guess the message is more, if your not desperate wait a while cos its been cheaper before and will probably be again. On the other hand, you can buy it now and regret it later. your choice:whistling:

The Op asked for comments why anyone would vote cold. Therefore the point I was making was that as they have previously been on sale for new , for less than this used and probably previously faulty one, that I don't consider £67.42 for a 'second hand' one as particularly great deal, in my personal opinion. A refurbished one is not the same as a new one and if I was taking the risk of buying a second hand one I would expect a higher price differential which is why I voted cold. We don't all have the same opinions but at least I was prepared to comment on why I voted cold.
