I've just been informed that e2save will be running three different phones on a 12 months free line rental with a 12 month contract offer. The phones are going to be The LG Chocolate KG800, Samsung E250 Black and the Sony Ericsson W200i.

I don't know what tariff/network these will be on until they appear at around 5.30pm, and I don't have the links yet although I'm assured that they will be on the home page. I won't be around at that time, so hopefully another moderator will be able to update this post. If not, please check in comments!! This is a great oppertunity for those of you who like these deals... The deal is scheduled to end tomorrow morning.

This offer works by cashback which you claim from e2save at specified intervals. You have 30 days to send the claim. You must have paid each bill in its entirety, so please only use this deal if you can afford to pay the bills on time and remember to keep on top of the cashback. Use recorded delivery when sending the claims. e2save are a part of the Carphone Warehouse group and reliable when sending cashback.

Purchase via QuidCo.com for £36.50 in extra cashback. That's £36.50 potential profit!!

**Remember to decline/cancel the insurance that they try to give you as it can be very expensive!!**

Thanks for the heads up ducky!

my e2save cashback ran out.

Many had a 2nd cashback from them?
#4
Mine with them were all OK. :)
#5
Nice post duck - do you work for them to know in advance?
#6
nowt special.. both of these phones were on 12 months free deals before xmas
#7
Absolutely appalling company who have been reported to the authorities loads of times.
Most times they do not send out the proper paperwork, the instructions to claim back often do not make sense. They will do whatever they can to screw you over.

BE WARNED.

I think you'll find that was before Xmas 2006

E2save were offering better phones on 12 months free at the end of last month. seems the best deals usually turn up at the end of the month. Something to do with sales targets?

The deal is live now

For those looking for more mins, they have the nokia 2630 with 400 mins and 500 text with 11 months free.
Works out at 2.92 per months.

As said already. Best of a bad bunch. But that's not strictly true. They will not invalid your cashback for stupid things like sending in your coupon at the wrong time and you have up to four weeks. Consider the fact that you pay so much more not using them then if you can be regimented enough to send in the coupons in then it is the best phone deal you'll ever have.

I've used them four times now and never had a problem. My girlfriend is using them right now and she's not had a problem.

Very hot.

Very suspicious after losing a lot of money with the Phoneboxdirect/Coolnewmobile cash back disaster!

A good chance to mention I missed out on cashback from Mobileshop, as it was impossible to comply with the cashback criteria.
#15
Can someone explain to me in English how this works? I`m pretty thick!

2 Contracts with Mobileshop. Never had a problem. Could fax the claim and get same day email confirmation of receipt.

I've done the cashback thing with e2save for the last three years and have never had any problems they're part of carphonewarehouse. when you take out the contract I've always been sent the details of how to claim and if you don't understand there's a number to call and they'll tell you exactly what to do.
#18
Please...i`m thick.
#19
its not that hot - the contract is still just 200 mins and 200 texts. While you can technically make £35 quidco and £40-50 resale profit - it's still alot of work for 200 mins a month...

You usually send in your sixth, eighth, tenth and twelth bill with a quarter of the years line rental sent by cheque each time.

eg if £30 per month 12x£30= £360 so you get back £90 each time.

These deals work because people forget to do it or send the wrong bill or send the bill late as it has to be sent in within 28 days.

So if you can read and have a calendar to remind you which bill to send you should be able to do it.

If not don't bother, and don't complain either.

I can read and consider myself quite inteligent but my previous dealings with E2Save were an absolute nightmare, i followed procedures to the letter but they refused one of my payments and despite countless phone calls (excuses include computers are down, i will transfer you -then you get cut off) they could / would not justify why.
In the end i had to take them to the Small Claims court to get my money back , at first they said they were defending it but then paid up without explanation or apology just before it went to judgment.
I will NEVER have anything to do with these people again no matter how tempting the offer, i never want that sress again..

E2save are the best of the lot on these "high risk" cashback deals. They used to have terrible conditions on Clearance and pricematch deals. It seems they probably were faced with some serious legal trouble, and they dont have the stringent conditions they used to have, e.g "original bill only" and "miss one lose the whole lot"etc.

If you can be organised then go ahead. Personally I recorded my original phonecall with the cashback team (notified them of it) and I have it saved for any trouble, but none so far.

Hope this helps.

i've used e2save / onestopphoneshop for 2.5 years and they're ok. you just need to be organised and you'll be fine.
#28
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Scamsters who have had no end of bad press in the past.
#29
they twice denied that they had received my cashback claim, even though I sent it by recorded delivery. They made me get a letter from royal mail saying yes, in fact they had delivered it. Twunts.
#30
Don't waste your time with them.
#31
Carphone warehouse has about 1/2 dozen companies like this under there belt.

But lets face it they are not proud enough to run them completely under the "carphone warehouse" Banner. Up until a little while ago you would not have even found a reference to CPW on these sites.
Its a bit like Tesco and onestop shops, they are **** and tesco wont put their name on it, all the good ones were turned into tesco express.

They are not trustworthy and are dishonest.
#32
they also said they hadn't received my cashback claim in time which was sorted after I printed off the page from Royal Mail with the recorded delivery date and sent that back , I think the problem can be that claims are sent to one address and then processed at another department. It's a good idea to ring to check the current address to send the cashback claims to as my latest was sent to Crewe but in the original documentation it said Luton
#33
Dont be fooled by this company; terrible customer service obnoxious and patronising staff, all warned on their systems so doesnt matter who you speak to. Had 2 faulty phones, sent back with the memory card from the 2nd one which wasnt replaced, when queried was told thats the luck of the draw and its my fault for sending it back. Would love to get out of the 18 month contract.
#34
With the new cashback procedure be very very careful. You miss one payment or send the wrong bill you lose ALL the cashback. I am on the £45 per month for 12 months and just sent the first one in so fingers crossed. A friend if mine sent his in last month and sent the wrong bill and guess what...received a letter saying he no longer qualifies for the rest of the cashback due to this mistake :( £500 + down drain fior him :(
#35
had 4 contracts so far with e2save, all of them were fine, all cashbacks recieved. over the last 3 years.:)
#36
PLEASE NOTE

A whole host of cashback companies just went bust in the last week or two. Thats why they are running this I guess. I lost a lot because I didnt get my cashback, dont want that to happen to anyone else. Watch out!

And the company I was with paid out cashback fine, but now my second year, they went bust! So they might give out the cashback but when they go bust, obviously no more to come.

Mobile cashback scam

THIS mobile phone cashback scam is worth millions, with victims promised refunds on their bill by dodgy dealers.

But either their claim forms get lost, or they fail to meet complex terms and conditions, or the dealer goes bust and the victim loses hundreds of pounds stuck in contracts.

One scam, Mobiles4Free, stung more than 100,000 customers then went bust last year owing more than £1.5million.

Another, Direct Mobile Networks Ltd, trading as the phoneworld.com, MobileDeal4U and Mobile2Talk, was shut down owing £2million. Both were based in Birmingham:x:x:x:x

Terrible, dishonest company.Appalling customer services when i dealt with them last (thankfully 18 months ago).I hope things have changed since. On hold for 15 mins or so,pick up-hang up!! Computers are down-call back!! You should have not sent your claim Recorded, you should have sent it Special!! - Even though they recommend Recorded on their site. They were notorious at that time for not signing for Recorded delivery claims, denying receiving them, not paying out.Only trust special delivery, but on three claims on a contract ,this will cost another £15 or so...
Like i say, hopefully they have changed their ways a lot.

Never ever do this.....E2save CS has been known to give wrong information. And strictly speaking, you should only send the claim to the address on you initial TC/welcome pack. Sending it to another address will give them an excuse not topay you.

never had any problems with them.
