Just seen this at Kempshott , Basingstoke after paying £29.99 for it at Argos, not happy but thought I'd share anyway.

Would I need something like PlayStation Move for this to work, or does it contain everything thats needed in the box?

Bought the PS3 Argos deal also... Liked it so much went back and got a 2nd one so the family can work out together..... Would advise sticking to working out using this alone though as it doesn't track workouts for the second player as part of their workout program. Great for people who don't have a gym membership and just want to burn a few calories but I wouldn't consider it a serious product for getting fit or loosing weight. Better than keep fit DVD's though. Hot from me!

No, I have the PS3 version and everything you need is in the box. It comes with an arm strap (with heart rate monitor) and leg strap that monitor your movements with no need for Move or a controller.

If you do it properly, you can use it as a serious product for losing weight and improving fitness. It packs way more of a punch than most fitness DVDs I've ever seen, and provides everything you could do at a gym bar the jacuzzi and sauna!

Apparently the PS3 version is the best as I believe it comes with an extra arm strap compared to the others? Correct me on this.

Ps3 version comes with 2 arm straps and 1 leg strap for better movement tracking , unsure what the others contain. and for those who think this isnt a serious workout tool havnt spent enough time on it , the 9 week program gets progressivly tougher the further u get through it to match your fitness level and if u answer the surveys after every workout it adds or removes reps depending on how difficult you found the last workout. so along with any normal routine this is a great tool to raise your fitness level.

This is a brilliant piece of kit. I can vouch for it, doing it since beginning of February and have lost a stone and a half. Hot, hot, hot!

The Wii version can also use the balance board (optional) and controller (on a few exercises) for increased accuracy - as standard it uses supplied leg and arm movement sensors. Comes with a resistance band that I thought was rubbish, but is actually quite good too (can use free weights if you're feeling super-fit). I have the Wii version and although I am not really into fitness and I like it as it has a 9 week plan (I chose the easy setting to start of with) and each session is about 20-30 mins of various (cardio, upper, lower body) routines. I love this. Paid £50 and would pay it again. I am feeling fitter, am more toned & have lost weight (just over a stone so far). HOT.
