​All? VR is expensive. Devs have to completely rewrite the rulebook they have built up over the last thirty years. As such, depending on the game the R&D can be quite costly (that's not including thecdev costs of the game itself). Too costly for a measly 5-10 quid.

Some games (single experience games) are perfectly fit for 5 or 10 quid. But not all.
