euwww...mum used to cook with ghee when we were young...she soon switched to sunflower / vegatble and olive oil....Thank goodness

We've moved back to Ghee... thank goodness! Much better taste and industrially processed sunflower/vegetable oil is not that beneficial...

Find it abit smelly,hence of putting. Prefer to make my own with proper Anchor butter!
