I booked return to faro for sept 2008 return oct 2008 onh easyjet for £182
Now it works out @ £251
I do wish these companies stop treating us like idiots!!!!!!!!!! and just give value for money.
You only have to look how travel agents and travel companies used to charge people in the past now they are nearly history as people now book their own and half price too mostly. How much were the companies making???????
The more they treat us like idiots the more business they lose,,,,can they not see this??????

I don't see how you can call the conmen for that. As the aircraft fills up and you get nearer the date of travel, prices will go up - that's how it works.

They won't offer knock down fares on an aircraft that could already be 75% full.

But its not honest business like way i should know i ran a business for 20 years and never treated anyone with this kind of manner

So if im a builder and you want an extension
If i had no work i could do it for £10K or if im busy it will cost £14K
OR would you prefer a standard quote of £10K knowing if im a genuine guy with a genuine quote fixed then the chances are that my work, reliability will be good also?
This is called good business conduct and I expect the same from others

Then they should work out their profit and divide the seat cost accordingly not go up and down

I can apprecaite your point, and i'm sure it's true of other industries, but airlines don't work based on flat fares.

Supply and demand = more profit. If you want the best fares, you book earlier. If you leave it till later, you pay more. It's generally what the airline industry (and mainly the low cost carriers) is based on.
