It seems Easyjet has accidentally priced some of its flights from London Gatwick to Gdansk (Poland) at £0.02 including taxes. These seem to be those departing/returning in November and early december.

If you remove the hold baggage and insurance charges, don't add any extras, and pay with a Visa Electron card, this totals to £0.02 per return flight.

Click on 'find the lowest fares' after searching for the dates you're interested in to find the 2p flights (in yellow on the calendar).

Watch out for the groups of kids begging for money, think Hostel I and II. Just show them the money... but they do treat you well once you've paid, opened my car door for me and closed it for me too.

Let a Pole tell you something about Poland and Gdansk... :giggle:

Gdansk - located by the sea, is one of the largest cities in Poland.

The prices are very reasonable and probably the best value for money you can get - Good hotels, fantastic clubs with cheap drinks, delicious food, cheerfull and welcoming people.

For those who are considering visiting Poland for the first time - It's not colder that it is in the UK - its actually warmer throught the year!!! And it doesn't rain so often...

If you fancy visiting Warsaw or Cracow, I'd personally recommend travelling by plane - flight from Gdansk to Warsaw or Cracow usually doesn't cost more than 20 pounds!! www.lot.com

While enjoying your time in Gdansk, you may as well decide to take a ferry to Sweden, Denmark or Finland. There are more than two cruises a day to all destinations.

However, I'm more than confident that you'll be pleasantly surprised. And it'll prove that most of the stereotypes are just... stereotypes...

So enjoy your stay guys!!!

is there any chance they'll charge me more later for these flights? Not too bothered if they get cancelled. Because it must be a misprice

Why do you have to be so rude and stereotypical?? Cause what you're saying is nothing but LIE!!! I wonder how long did it take you to find such representative pictures... I could show you "beautiful and rich-looking" Britain as well - but why should I?? And although i lived in Poland for many years - I have never seen a single begger on the streets. I can't understand why your imaginative judgements are so unfair and what goal are you trying to achieve? I mean - do you feel any better??
#25
My mum has always wanted to go there, so just bought 2 tickets for her and my dad. Nice!!!!

It's not a misprice - if you set your default language to Polish - this promotion appears on the homepage. So no worries - they won't overcharge you by a single penny.

Shame they don't do the flights from Liverpool,I'd be there like a shot!

Somewhere different for 2p cannot be sniffed at!!!

wow, the most obviously stereotypical response. incredible. you aren't embarrassed to sound like you can't think.

by the way, you should just laugh at me calling you a cretin and suggesting that you 'go home' - anyone with a sense of humour would.

i take it your a plumber then?

Doesn't really seem like the best review for Gdansk, seeing as most of it is telling you how to get elsewhere.

Been there a few times, mainly passing through, as my wife is Polish and lives a couple of hours from Gdansk, but it is a nice place. If you are a tourist the centre of the city is good, also head for Sopot which is the most "touristy" area as its the beach resort for the city and is fairly bohemian.

Small word of warning, don't hire a car...the roads are terrible and the drivers suicidal.:giggle:

Huh, cheapest price for Warsaw is £73+£213? that is on the lowest price tab!

Edit: Well I got it down to £18 and £22 but that is still a long way off 2p!
#33

 I couldn't write a detailed description of what to do, where to go etc, because I've only been there a couple of times myself :) All I wanted to say is that if you're considering whether to go or not - don't hesitate - give it a try  I used to live two hours away from Gdansk myself :)

If you don't want to come back, you may as well book a oneway ticket :giggle:
