#10
Has anyone successfully had QuidCo and referral airtime with these guys??
#11
duckmagicuk2 I have so far had over £150 in referral credit from easymobile. The credit is applied to the referrers sim as soon as a purchase completes the checkout process.

Quidco tracks at £0.00 the day after I purchased & from what I can gather from others in the following month an amount of £8 shows as being validated then some time after a further amount , £11 at least this month will also be validated for each tracked purchase via Quidco. Quidco says each purhase will gain an extra £11 maybe more due to the levels of purchases via them.

btw, you can buy 5 sims per address for different members of the household.

As far as I can gather they Dont credit check but validate your order by matching the payment card to the Town/City & Postcode of the cardholder. Meaning you can buy for anyone with your credit/debit card but to ensure it will be validated you must change the two highlighted prefilled yellow boxes on the final card confirmation page to match Your card address details. Also ensure you enter a space between you postcode as W1x 2xx or it will be rejected, as will flat number such 21c.

hope this helps

p.s. you can PM me if you need extra help

Do you need to make the payment for 5 sims at the same time?

Quidco says you get £8 for the sim pack, or £15 if you buy a PAYG phone in the shop. Where's this £19 you guys have managed to get? Thanks!

you can only buy one sim pack at a time. :(

after about 5-9 times of using the same credit card you can expect it to be rejected once the online banks fraud prevention systems kick in, but you could always use another one of your cards.

Its a bit of a pain but to ensure quidco tracked each of my transactions I closed the easymobile window after each purchase, & deleted the 'easymobile' and 'omguk' entries added to my default cookies folder, before clicking through the Quidco-easymobile page again.

£8 for a sim pack and purchase of initial credit (within 60 days of successfully registering the sim pack) - register your sim immediately. Up to £20 is possible depending on how many sales quidco has per month, we will update your earnings if possible

QuidBlog Posted July 8th
Until the 12th of July easyMobile have an absolutely no brainer offer going. If you sign up and buy a sim for £2 you will get £25 free airtime. Now on top of that you will get Quidco cashback of at least £8. However, this program is tiered so the more sign-ups the more cashback! Last month Quidco members received £19 cashback for each sim and with the amount Quidco members have already bought this month we are able to say already you should get at least £19! So that’s £19 cashback for buying a £2 sim with £25 airtime. Decisions don’t come any easier than that!

Hope that helps!!

Yep. I always do that before using QuidCo. I delete all my cookies just to be 100% and I don't think I've lost one from tracking yet. :)

I've bought one card on last months £2/£25 promotion. Anyone know whether there is a time limit for using the £27 credit?
#19
Nope, I don't think there is, but you must register the SIM online within 60 days of receiving it!

Isn't there that thing where after 3months they take 75p a month or something?

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Cookies

ande delete all cookies in this folder;

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Yes sorry, there is.

If you don't spend more than £5 airtime every 3 months they'll take 75p per month off your airtime until you do.

This can be a problem because easyMobile runs into "overdraft" past £0 airtime and if you get past £10 overdraft there's a fine to pay.

You can, however, cancel the overdraft. Click here for ray's thread explaining how to do cancel the fineable overdraft for free online.

I just bought one, logged into the website under "my account" and it shows as £3 credit!! Maybe the £33 is credited at a later date once the sim is activated? Any ideas?
#25
Also, does anyone know if you need an Easy mobile phone to use the Sim? Or can you use it in any Mobile??

In fact I'll add that to the deal post. ;)

Any mobile. It might work if your phone is locked to a certain network, but it really needs to be unlocked to work. If the phone isn't unlocked then you might be able to do it yourself (depending on the model), or you could go to your local market stall to have it unlcoked for £5 - £10.

Some phones can't be unlocked, but that's pretty rare. The 6630 and 6680 are prime examples of this if they are locked to three. :(

if you dont use the sim for 3 months they will deduct 75p from any remaining credit, which isnt that bad really, considering they give you £30 free, on top of the Quidco cashback, you'll still end up with £16 net profit for each purchase!

if you run out of places to use up your credit theres loads of charities you can now donate to, heres one ive been donating to

Can you use it in any mobile though or only easymobile phones?

You can use it in any mobile as long as it is unlocked from its network. It will work in phones on T mobile network anyway and apparently in virgins phones as well without being unlocked.(I think):)

Hey, do quidco only give money back on one transaction...

What i mean is if i were to buy one through quidco, then wipe my cookies and temp internet files... and then repeated the process... would I get £19 (guesstimated amount) for each transaction.

Sorry not been daft, the more i read the more it sounds like it...

I asked them for more information on this.

If you cancel the overdraft facility then you can't get a fine for being in overdraft, however if you leave the credit to go down to £0 then the 75p per month you owe them will be removed from that top-up.

So there's 2 options:
1) Use it regularly (£5 every 3 months)
2) Use the free credit and then throw it away!! :-D Make sure you cancel the overdraft with them first though!!
#35
Do quidco honour multiple purchases via seperate transactions?
#36
They should do, as long as the retailer allows it.

If you use it down to 0 doing the £5 a month will they still do the 75p thing if you don't cancel the overdraft?

Yeah, you must cancel the overdraft facility if you don't want them to take more than your remaining airtime.
#39
Or of course spend £5 of airtime :)
#40
Will they keep taking 75p off every 3 months until the credit is zero? I've got three of these with the £27 credit deal. If I never use them and leave them in a drawer will I eventually be fined when I go into overdraft?
