Anyone who needs this book should be removed from the electoral register.

I have recently watched a couple of episodes, where they reveal such amazing facts as:

Buying more food than you need, then throwing it away is a waste of money.
Many "Branded" foods are no better than the own-brand equivalents, they simply cost more, sometimes a lot more.

I really do despair if there are people who are unable to control excessive spending on food. It really isn't difficult.

What is next? Self help groups for how to wipe your bum.

Its been £5.99 for at least a week at "The Book People" if you receive emails from them, you normally get many offers. Like free P&P over £15.

Save yourself a fortune... it's a simple trick and it's not that hard

Yes I agree most of it change brands to save money and change bad habits
However, There is some 80 recipes for healthy eating and saving money
I would buy the book for £2.99 but not at £5.99
